Characteristics
Demolition and construction of 44,000 SF for tenant improvements on the 3rd floor of The Stroh’s Building. The mechanical system that services the area is unique to the print equipment within the space. Relative Humidity and the exhaust air needed to be closely coordinated with the existing building.
Challenges
Challenges included providing temporary air conditioning once old mechanical units were demolished. New equipment did not fit in the existing freight elevator and had to be craned in through the window.
