Braun Construction Group worked side-by-side with H.J. Oldenkamp to build out an existing warehouse into office space and a customer showroom. Total square footage of the build-out was 14,557. The showroom consisted of special epoxy floor covering with vignettes for cabinet and counter top displays. It also featured an expanded customer service area with tile flooring, coffee bar and reception area. Employees love the open office plan with large personal offices containing custom made desks and work surfaces and large glass wall partitions.
