The project includes a new 16 bed TCU addition, renovation of the existing 16 bed TCU and renovations to the existing six wings of residential units. Also included in the main building are renovations to the main kitchen, a new bistro, several new dining rooms (for each of the wings), renovation to the main dining room and upgrades to the main street and resident corridors, (flooring, handrails, ceilings, painting).
