Regency at Waterford is a new, beautiful, state-of-the-art skilled nursing community that represents the future of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care facilities. This facility features an innovative, 65,000 SF, one-story, easy to navigate floor plan, 40 private rooms and 40 semi private rooms for 120 beds, six bariatric rooms, a bright homelike atmosphere and meals prepared by an Executive Chef. Two indoor courtyards are prominent features of this facility.
In addition to interior work, Braun Construction Group conducted extensive site work that included boulder walls, landscaping, and ponds to complete the overall natural feel of this complex.
