The United States Citizenship and Immigration Building is a federal facility located in Detroit, MI. This LEED Silver Certified 58,000 SF facility was a new construction project that features a two-story structural steel office building supported by a drilled caisson foundation.
Adjacent to the facility is a bi-level vehicle precast parking deck. The project was on a fast-track schedule with tight site logistics and pockets of poor soil conditions.
